    Womens weight training

Dr Krista kicks ass! just heard her as a guest speaker on a podcast at the Livin la vida lo carb site.

aside from being a super smart nutritionalist who studied under the great Dr Phinny, she's a highly experienced trainer with clients from pre teen to 70+ years of age.

here's the link to her podcast (number 575)

Thanks for the links, Det. There's a lot to digest on the site. I am having so much fun discovering my muscles and seeing them grow. This is so far superior to smokin', drinkin' and getting fat and depressed. I do love la Vida AF! And my newly sculpted Latimus Dorsi!

fabulous Turn! a sterling example of getting a new body on. woooo!

I've been experimenting with some dietary changes and getting back into both resistance training as well as returning to martial arts since my stupid finger is 'sort of' better. did a heck of a Muay Thai workout today. going to sleep good!

so Turn, how many hours per week do you weight train as opposed to cardio?
