hi...how do y'all get those cute pix up? i have been searchiing sites and figure there must be something i'm missing. is there a general place people go to get the photo/pic? or do people just find them generally?

Hi Fearless,

If you mean the pic with your name at the side, you need to click on user cp (top left of page) and edit your avatar. You can either use one that's already there or upload one from your pc.
