So one week in and this time feels different somehow - more forever.

But I still wake up feeling hung over for some reason. Dehydration?

Any thoughts?

Hi Siren and congrats on 7 glorious days sober. probably not glorious but way better than hungover.

Give your body time to heal, i figure i put the crap of al in for ten years so if it takes 10 years to heal then that is fine. It could be dehydration or toxins getting out of your body. Eat when you are hungry and drink when you need. Time will make your body love you. I had awful headaches for 6 weeks and very bad insomina but everything will settle with time.

I wake up with headaches all the time - 4 years in. Sometimes that just happens...
