It’s been ages since I’ve been on here and I have to say I miss so many of you who also have not been active for a long time. I thought I would give an update because I was always interested in others so here we go. I was blissfully sober on baclofen for many many years. I gradually reduced my dosage over a very long period of time and then, thinking I was invincible, I came off
completely. Fast forward several years and here I am. Starting again. Thankfully, this time around, I have a Doctor who is all about medication (naltrexone) and an addiction specialist who is all about baclofen although he will only go up to 80 mg but such is life. I guess I just wanted to touch base and say you have to be careful with the cure.
. Stay low dose. Don’t get too comfortable. It works like a miracle, but you have to keep vigilant taking it. I miss you all. I hope we get some more traction here because it is truly the miracle that we all need. ❤
