    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again or those just starting out for the very first time.........don't forget to shout LOUD AND PROUD...

    For me its It is 3400 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date or 9 years, 3 months, 21 days excluding the end date.......:egad:

                      1198 days ago, I knew I could not continue drinking the way I did.. I felt I was in a hole and didn't know how to get out. I was afraid of AA. Afraid to confide in anyone. Then I stumbled on on MWO. The support here was gentle, positive, tough at times.. but it was always there, all i had to do was grab it.
                      Today, I ran a marathon for the first time. (Possibly the last time ). This was something other people did back when I was drinking and I have absolutely no doubt that I would not have done it, if I had not signed up here.

                      Anyone reading this and doesnt believe me, post today, you have nothing to lose!

                            Result: 1954 days
                            My gratitude for sobriety was reinforced at the weekend. Clear head Sunday morning to go hiking : having been in the pub till 12.
