Starts you NEED rest. Your body will continue to object as long as you stress it out by going to work.
I am taking time out to heal my head - which was all over the shop last few weeks - with increased work and dealing with young Satz.
I have worked for 23 years in the company and it's payback time for them to support me for a week or two.
Just doing mundane silly things makes me feel more in control of SOMETHING.Comment

I told them I needed time out as was suffering from anxiety brought on by stress of work mainly then home life on top of that. Justcouldn't do both without something breaking. Family won out.
They will get a doctor's note sent to them
My boss agreed the time off was the best thing and she will not even discuss work until I feel ready to return.
I get anxious every time I think of work to be honest- but I will get back eventually.Comment
