This is day 20 for me (unbelievably) and losing a bit of weight was a bonus I was really looking forward to. I'm eating good, healthy stuff but I haven't lost a single pound:upset: I am indulging in chocolate (Lushy said I could
) but only about 4 squares a day and I'm eating less at each meal because I've lost that booze-munchies thing. I must have been knocking back at least 500-600 calories a day from alcohol, if not more.......so why ain't I shifting on the scales?????:upset:
