Exactly, Det. That really struck me, too. When he said he "loves life" he really, really meant it. And it isn't just that he was always, by nature, a happy human being... he said he had been suicidal at times... somehow, he managed to turn his own attitude, his way of thinking, his way of looking at life, totally into a positive channel, or direction.
