    Don't ask me what the hell I am doing up.lol. I feel asleep listening to the "clearing" CD at like 2am and here I am 3 hours later. I am loving the CD's. They put me right out. I hope my subconscious is getting the message.

          My son Christopher has a pic of him self with Slipknot. It is autographed by the band. I have not heard anything further from Mike. I thought I might get a drunken email or phone call, but, Nada. I hope he is ok. I am fine. I have started the MWO CD's and I am loving them.

              I am going back for a nap. I may put in the Sleep learning CD. Can something seriously be penetrating this thick Irish skull. Never thought hypno therapy would work for me. I guess keeping an open mind makes the difference. I will check in when I get up. Working 3pm-11pm today.
