I made my hubby a yorkshire pudding his first christmas in america, what a disaster! I had no idea what i was doing, i got the grease too hot in the oven the fire alarm went off, then when i cooled the grease down the pudding got too greasy and lumpy on one side, tough...needless to say it wasn't what his dear old mum used to make :H
