Isn't it wonderful when that joke, that bloody millstone around ones neck finally falls by the wayside and for the first time in eons we can stand up straight and see ourself again the way we were when things were normal.

Hi there MWO - you certainly are aspiring to your MWO name - and become your OWN SOBER WOMAN - I admire you completely and encourage you to keep posting such positive and insightful posts.
WELL DONE on your 30 days - I have always said "fall down seven times, get up eight".
After trying and sometimes succeeding and many times failing over and over, I am learning that it is all LEARNING!!! As long as we keep dusting ourselves off and GETTING BACK UP AGAIN, with heads held high and fierce personal determination.

Yep that was what happened to me! I AM IN CONTROL & I HAVE THE CHOICES!
So glad to read this today, was feeling down but this is just the thread I needed.
It too has taken me such a long time but I have always known that one day I would GET it.
