Reading through this thread has been so inspiring — it’s wonderful to see so many people committing to a daily meditation practice and sharing what’s working for them.
In my own work as a therapist (I run online sessions here in Canada), I’ve seen first-hand how powerful meditation can be alongside therapy. Many of my clients do a short meditation before or after their online sessions, and some have built up to 40–60 minutes a day. They often report feeling calmer, sleeping better, and finding it easier to handle urges and stressful moments — very much like what you’re describing here.
