I am curious as to this question. FYI, a redneck is generally defined as an uneducated person, usually in a rural area, often wears a mullet (as seen in the photo below), is fond of drinkin' , guns, and pickup trucks, etc. We have them in all parts of the United States.
The place I grew up in is home to many rednecks. They often drive really large pickup trucks with "bug guards" on the front with their nickname: Bud, Wild Bill, Big Red. They often chew tobaccy.
I am curious as to what "rednecks" are like in other parts of the world, what they are called, etc. I hope no one is offended by this ... just trying to have some fun on a lonely Friday night

Every one of them is nicknamed "Bubba" here in Nebraska. They don't have mullets, but they always wear big cowboy hats and cowboy boots sometimes with or without shirts...sometimes with shorts. and have a shotgun in the gun rake in the back window of their pickups.

In the UK I think they would be 'Chav's' and I think in OZ 'Hoons'? Although I'm sure someonewill be along in a min to correct me if I'm wrong lol!. In Little Britain Vicky Pollard is a Chav. I haven't lived in the UK for a few years so there might be a different term now. I wish I could do pics but can't work it out.....
