Charged me a fecking silly amount of money for my elec. I joined them in October, and this month they wat ?180 for my elec! They rekon i use ?5.60 a day! I only have 1 heater on in the whole house! When I swapped from SWALEC they said they would halve my bills to ?40 a month.

I gave them a reading today cause I refused to pay. They are getting someone from a different department to call me in just over a week.

Cy, that is insane! We have problems all the time with city workers not reading the water meters properly here. They mostly guess. Last time it was $100 over the usual.

I stood my ground and said how ridiculous i thought it was. The lady was pretty helpfull, and its not her fault, so i didnt get mad with her, but when the other department phones me, there going to get it!!
