I have a Japanese customer who is not happy with the way we attach the safety mesh we put on our glass filters, especially the ones that go in areas where the general public mill about, so I invented a little sheet metal frame and mesh combo that is actually quite neat and tidy looking. I've decided that even if the Japanese customer doesn't like it I'm going to go ahead and market it as an alternative to what we currently offering.

Diane Stein come out and published the symbols in the book "The Essential REIKI".
Ever since then it has been all over the web. There is great power in scared geometry that the power is there, no matter what, but the attunement permanently embeds the symbols in your root chakra. That is if you have a teacher that has been properly trained. There is no way to embed symbols over the net, that i am aware of ??

Agreed, afaik, no way to embed symbols long distance. I just was not aware of the practice of actually sharing the symbol during the long distance healing.

Now that I'm not getting drunk anymore I'm interested in exploring Reiki again. I left it alone when I was drinking everyday, I would not use it under the influence.

Morning all
Just popping in to say hi. Started to read back over the thread but way too long! You guys been busy. Its valentines day today here and last night a courier arrived at the door with the most beautiful bunch of roses - the really expensive ones that come in their own cardboard vase. Dead posh. I was stunned seeing as DH and I were arguing about something that very morning and hadnt really made up. He was in his office and I carried the flowers in and said to "you really shouldnt have but thank you it is a nice gesture of apology (had to get the dig in). He said I didnt. They were not for me they were for my 17 year old daughter from her boyfriend - young love!. Doh!
