Nothing like sweet potatoes at all. Usually dried and powdered, believed to help with Cholesterol, diabetes, immune system etc, etc.

I was kidding about the potatoes, BTW - we actually do have them :-)

I managed to get all the supps except Kudzu. If my Baclofen gets safely delivered without being confiscated by customs, I'll oreder it from here (DeeBee managed it successfully).
