well starts i do have the usuall ups & downs of every day living,finiaciall,relationship,children,etc but if i have just even one positive thing out of that day thats what i focus on,everything else is under that,& the best positive thing for me so far is that iam sober & clear headed and thats great,so now i can deal with everything else without making a drama out of it
