morning all,the weather here is well the weather,nothing new. hope everyone is feeling good,i am of to the gym shortly & then i am meeting one of my supports,he is into teaching yoga,8+ dan in some japanese martial arts and also gives massage,s and also a very good listener as you would have to be as once i get started i would talk the hind legs of a donkeyhave a happy sober day everyone :goodjob:

That was the thing BH - I know where I went wrong - the doc wasn't keen on giving me diazepam to help me quit again (I get wicked withdrawals) - she just wanted to give me something to help cravings.
