first of all im reading a great book called an american wife, loosely based on Laura Bush I think and about the life of a first lady, im loving it, written by Curtis Sittenfield. very good, beb, phone.

Well, it was the others who did stuff but I was very impressed with how they dealt with it.

I feel better than I did earlier. I understand that that wont happen every day or even very often. But its the harsh reality of this and I have to be prepared for any eventuality even death. That sounds morbid, but its true.
So I am hoping I learn some coping skills. the support from the agency is fantastic so no worries on that score.
