Of course they're OK. It's just that I've dealt with body issues for a Looooooooong time, and I finally realized I like me, as long as I'm healthy and happy. I've quit wishing to change that which biologically/genetically etc. I cannot. Everyone is perfect as God made them. And it costs too much to debate that issue with the plastic surgeons.
