      Good Morning Army, gosh you are all very noisy! Lovely sunny blue sky here this AM. I am looking lookin forward to another new sober day. Zeppie well done u, yse when u stop counting they rack up. I am off for a dip now shortly but first a cuppa, anyone join me?

                Oney, im saving my take-away chippy for the weekend, I cooked chips last night and I am having them again tonight, but you cant beat a take-away chip especially if they are drowned in oil & vinegar and not forgetting the red sauce....god im really hungry now
