Oh you saw that?? Yes, I did it last year for 3 months and I know that I can't have even one...this time for good. Also, I just went to the store and they can only sell cigs at one counter and there was a queue at that counter and no-one at the other...another benefit of not smoking!!

We were going to try and get over to Ireland this year, but by the time I'd added up the cost of ferries, cottages etc. It was way out of our league.

There's always next year.

just getting back into form,went to gym this morning,feel a bit rough but happy,have an inter view with a guidance councillor later,see what that throws up.hope all here is safe and well going of to check my lotto tickets,if i have won i will next talk to you from the caribbean,wish me luck.

Another day closer to my week off work and my tramp in the hills.
