Zenners, please don't think like that...I was the worst smoker EVER.....I have got up from bed in the morn and smoked with my eyes closed still half asleep.
I have smoked butt from the bin.
I have walked to a shop MILES away in the rain in 4 inch heels for smokes..

It is BY FAR the hardest thing I have ever done in my life but I am ok now...the first week is the worst...I swear.
I went cold turkey because I wanted out....I didn't want any nicotine in my system....to prolong the misery...
This morn, for the first time, I forgot to think about a smoke.....I just got up and got on with my morning ....
I am getting better...
