    Hello Chaps and Chapesses!!

    Just wanted to say hello to all and get some feedback on how you are doing.
    Up - down or just round and round.
    I'm 55 today and hoping to see a few more now that it has finally sunk in - BOOZE KILLS.
    You'd have thought that after 40 years of slugging it down like there was no tomorrow, this dumb arse would have seen it coming.
    Been lurking lately with not enough time to read everything that is presented on this great website.
    Dryzabone for 8 months now - just got to give up the damned cigarretes now - Ha! Had a good go at the liver, now it's the heart.
    Definition of low colesterol diet.... tasteless.

    Bye for now. Be good and if you can't be good - be carefull!

        Congrats on your 8 AF months, fantastic

        I gave up the smokes myself back in May..............really tough!!

        It's a very nice place, like this one. You can learn a lot there.

        I'm cooking more vegetarian meals than ever these days trying to reduce cholesterol levels too.
        It's not so bad if you use lots of herbs & seasonings (less salt).

              Welcome Bash. So much fun to read the posts of new joiner, and to see how we all come of a mind that our excesses are just that: excess. I've had to give up all the evil vices, and look to my health, but as a dyed -in -the -wool Southern cook, food is the hardest. Not that I eat it to excess, just the way I cook.
