What about the solpadeine? They are paracetomol based. Do you get those over there? Fancy pain pills really don't do anything for me... I must be immune to them. What works for me is old-fashioned powered aspirin, paracetamol & caffeine - they call it "Grand-Pa" in Saffa-land. Just not after 4.00 in the afternoon, on account of the caffeine...I'll do whatever it takes
