Oh hell, i may as well confess, I had my ex over for a lunch today. We've been divorced more than a decade so things are cool.. but hell. Pot has taken its toll.. he is all conspiracy theories and I can't wait to hear the end of it... and our daughter feels the same way. Just can't stand to hear the repetition thing!

Mr G.. the movember thing is big at work.. last year we had a heap of contenders, a poll & a photoshoot for all the guys and a trophy at the end! The 'John Cleese' won but a hard contender was the 'Princess Bride' mo. Very close to a D'artagnan oi reckon!

Oh, he's way better now than he's ever been.. it's been challenging over the years. V. glad we are on good terms now.. it's been hell at times when he's been suffering xtreme paranoia.. very scary for us.
I have lived with crazy people and I have been somewhat crazy myself so I think it's a fairly reasonable thing to say I HAVE the benefit of hindsight at the very least.. & whatever wisdome that infers.

Geez, just thinking. I hope i didn't come across to Waves as lecturing him earlier. That would piss anyone off, and i hope he's not turned off, or i came across as nagging him. It's sometimes the last thing you want to hear (re a rave on al and depression), when you're having a couple of drinks. I am just concerned that's all.

I've given it a bit of thought.. you asked me once what would I do if i could choose a new career... the answer: I would be a patron of the arts - fund & produce clever young musicians! I'm good at picking them.
