rhats a good idea earplugs, gonna get some in the morn, I used to use them when living with an old boyfriend, he was a lovely fella, but snored like a fog horn..

I have no problem falling asleep, just staying there sometimes is a bit elusive.

They make a kind that are wax and you tear one in two and roll into a ball and stick in to your ear and it molds to it. WAY better than the spongy ones.

Are they? The spongy ones expand to the ear too.

gonna look like aright old bird.. coz I use a blindfold to keep the light out & now with the earplugs,, just need to get other sensory parts plugged...!!!

They have them at the shops now. Used to not be so common, but they are aeverywhere now.
