You should start participating on the meds threads. Lots of baclofen info there. The most active thread at the moment is the "Consolidated baclofen progress thread." Your intake isn't practical at the moment (not medical advice, just my opinion). It all depends on what your drinking patters were like. You never responded to the PM in which I asked you all these questions

I also suffer from interrupted sleep since taking bac, but there are ways and means to help with that.

I've just got to stop reading the news. But then, my adopted grandson came from a hell-hole, at 10-months, and he was a mess even at that young age. He is an angel now, at four, and was born to be our child. Children are my passion, and animals, and it's amazing how much the two help each other.

Bac, I've been taking about 6 weeks now I should've done wot tips told me but just did what I normally do try and do it trial & error..!! silly really should've listened to tiggeroo... bad girl..!!ooops!! bum truly smacked..!!

lady jane you are only starting out in your new life(not saying i am an expert)these things take time,when u get a chance read as many posts/threads as you can,some great knowledge and advice there from people who have worn the t-shirt.:goodjob:
