things are going good,we talk a lot more now,but my head was wrecked with past guilt for a while and my gf found all my thoughts it nearly finished us.but she is a good woman,sure were would i be without her.

its good to hear that, I gave up smoking 10 yrs ago and dont miss em at all, and I was a 30 a day head, I thought i d find the drink easier to get rid off, but I keep telling myself im not that bad , but im bad enough.
