We tend to only eat our steak medium rare. Lamb chops are generally a bit more sacrificed.

We're having said lamb chops, some boerewors, maybe a deboned chicken (must check freezer), potato salad, greek salad, pineapple, and Kalaharis (bread rolls filled with caramelised onions & garlic, cheddar & tomato slices, seasoned with peach chutney & black pepper, and braaied until brown and crispy on the outside).
