Atkins = 3 phases
1. Induction
2. Ongoing weight loss
3. Maintainance.
So far am up on phase 1.
No more than 20gm carbs per day most of which come from specified lists of protein and low carb veg.
Now I expect you know this, but I'm confussed about the veg, and how does one measure it exactly. I know it's three cups, but all the veg contain diffo amounts of carb. Do you just take an average or measure each veg type seperately ????
Or am I just being anal and it doesna matter ?
