It does get easier as you go along. Much easier.
Do you know what your triggers are?
I'm finding life a bit easier cutting down/out carbs and simple sugars. Just stabilises your mood and energy a bit.

I don't seem to have any triggers. At least none that I've recognised. Cut down on carbs and sugar? Hell, that's my diet with a few vegies thrown in.

Maybe do a bit of reading about GI and low carb diets. There's a link to Atkins which I posted above. But Atkins is only one method.

Thanks, but I could not imagine a low carb diet. I do know about GI. Besides, I think one huge change in my diet is enough for now.

I must say my cousin did the Atkins diet bacon eggs meat and stuff...but he lost a amazing amount of weight ...he tried to prove the atkins thing to me ( trying to shock me) by drinking a cup full of fat cream YUK!!!!.. But he ended up as skinny as a rake I asked him if he got a cholesterol check and heart check.... blood pressure and blood sugar stuff.. he said he did and all normal... I dont know seems to work!!!! What did Dr Atkins die of?.

Sorry i must also add today very sad to see a pub I have played a few gigs in and im sure Mr G has the TOTE being shut down because of liquor laws...In my extensive time as patron and performer that place was a second home no violence just people into music such a shame

I Agree Mr Reg,
Very suspicious thing indeed the police shutting the Tote down. I heard the owner say they've not had any blood shed there, whereas there are heaps of other places people have been stabbed, glassed, & backs broken by bouncers.. what the crap is happening there??? It's totally nuts
