Our resident squirrels have gone into hibernation from heat, not cold.

:H I might have got away with that a year ago but the beer belly is now but a distant memory I am pleased to report. Besides which I work mainly from home, which is nice.

Tip we have the same problem with the grey squirrel which was introduced about 70 yrs ago (heaven only knows why) and is wipping out the native red squirrel.
