BTW, about the rubbery veggies, just read a very good idea. ANYTHING, wilted spinach, bruised tomatoes, simply heat up w/a little olive oil til they're sofened (different things take dif times!). Puree, add chicken broth, season, VOILA, nice creamed veggie soup with your leftovers.sigpic
