quite good, thanks. Saw a gorgeous sunset yesterday over the wetlands. Also went hang gliding yesterday AM. Had oyster stew today that had so many fat grams I nodded off during the little movie at the Wright Brother's museum :H

Hard going, I am fixing up this old place in a hurry, then trying to get my own work done. Keeping busy is just what the doctor ordered though. Had a little thought about 5.30 that one little drink would be nice, how daft is that. Didnt entertain that thought for very long, I can tell you.

Good for you!!! It will never be one little drink, it will always be many, with headaches, regrets and depression to follow. Aint worth it is it....
