    It was a minor miracle getting Mr JC to take the time off. He loves public transport and now we've got suitcases with wheels I'll just trundle along after him.

                Na I am still lurking about, working in photoshop so not far away. need to go out soon though. Stirly I am thinking a big greek salad for lunch, the power of suggestion eh.

                  Don't let me put any ideas into your head - you'd need half a day at the market to stock up on all the makings for the meal. :H:HA big Greek salad is an excellent idea for starters..yum, yum!! My one son's godfather supplies us with fresh olive oil straight from his orchards. It just adds "an extra something" to the taste.:happy:

                      Dont need any encouragement, love my grub. We eat it as a main course in my house with warm rustic bread and you are right the key is good quality oil oh and nice tomatoes of course.

                          Try toasting thick slices of the bread either under the grill in your oven or over the fire if you've got one lit. Then dip it in the salad oil and tell me how it tastes :thumbsup
