thats all I can hear from the barracks..:H:H and my Taz cheeky thing got herself well comfy..! I didn't put the cushions for her.. she just flomped down...!
given up being stressed out about this, don't think it helps..I am as wide awake as it was middle of the day...!! at least feel chilled out happy..!!
no point fighting it..

reckon all you guys have gone thru the same and wondering.

SO gonna take a happy approach to it:H:H

just wish some of you lazy, lucky sleepy lot were around to chat with..

Hey there Jan, I am about.
I still have periods of not being able to sleep for apparently no reason. They can be a bit worrisome I know, especially when suddenly in the day, it feels as if its impossible to stay awake.
Really you are still in the relatively early days of sobriety and your bod is probably still finding its balance.

hiya Starts..
yep I guess so just gotta be patient, at least am in happier mood this morn..
fell asleep about 1.30 am, woke at 3.30am then dropped off at 6.00 and just woke again now...
