Apart from yakkity yakking on here I've already done some washing and whipped up an apple sponge. Is it legal to eat apple sponge for breakfast

Hi JC late for me I agree but it was early hours going to bed. Apple sponge perfectly ok unless it is with a mountain of whipped cream. Son would have no prob with that, yesterday he came down and poured a glass of diet coke first thing. I mentioned most people have orange juice and was greeted by a teenage grunt

I have to say I like a nice glass of full fat lemonade in the morning.
As for the grunting it goes on son and heir's nearly 22 and we sometimes get a whole sentence.

K - a few years ago when I was drinking a lot and had to go to work every morning - up at 6am - I would gulp down a can of diet coke first thing in the morning to get the caffeine buzz to get me started.. Needless to say my stomach didn't really like the idea....:upset:[

He usually is able to speak coherently by about lunch time but early mornings are a struggle I think. Maybe it is true that people gradually start going to bed earlier and getting up earlier as they get older.

Custard??? custard??? at 9.30am I dont think so my girl, it is nearly pure sugar and you know how hyper you can get.

full fat lemonade is the opposite of diet lemonade. Something the kids made up years ago and it's just stuck.

now on 3rd cup of coffee and beginning to feel a little less woolly.
