    Vicki - I am so sorry for the pain you are going through. I cannot imagine what it is like - I had toothache once and remember begging my hubs to knock me out (he wouldn't) so I do understand the wanting to drink if that takes the pain away. Do you have any pills in the house that would help - they would be SO much better than AL. I feel so helpless in the face of your pain! I wish there was something I could do. Can't you call your doc and get him to give you something now instead of waiting til Monday? Please hang in there. sending healing thoughts and prayers to you,

      Vicki-please don't drink. Listen to Ruby......sometimes you have to take pain meds.....I've been taking them for a month because of a bad tooth and couldn't take the pain! Please - reach out to us, call us, but please don't drink. We love you!!

          Okay, I'm better now. Thank you for riding that one out with me. I know it would not be worth the guilt from the drinking even if it numbed me out for a week, well, that one is tempting. Unfortunately, I never got any of the pain medication filled that my doc wrote, but I will next week. The only thing I have is 1 mg of valium. I'm thinking of taking one now and one at bed so that I can actually get some rest without the pain waking me up, and a hot, hot bath and sunshine suggested my relaxation tapes. I actually have a hypnotic cd that I ordered from this site. Maybe I can hypotize me into being my dog, now she has it made! LOL! Oh, well, I'm sure she has pain, too. I'm sure all of you do. It's the constant day in day out that's getting to me, but I can make it until Monday. I've got tons to do. Rusty, it is so good to hear from you and I'm glad you had such a nice vacation! Where is our poor Tony today? Guess he's still cleaning up limbs. Goldie, PLEASE check in with us. We love you. Thank all of you for being my support system, my sounding board, my advisor, and most inmportant: my friends! Hubby home and he tired, too, so we probably will go to bed early but I'll check back in with you all later. Gotta go pick the garden and then I'm done for the day! Love, Vicki

            So pleased that you are feeling a bit better - even if the pain is still there you are sounding better.

            I tried calling Goldie again but still no answer- her phone goes straight to voice mail. I will keep trying but am worried about why there is no answer - I wonder if her mum is okay?

            Oh well, just keep her and all of you too in my prayers and thoughts - I have so enjoyed having today off knowing I am off tomorrow too - lovely!

              Finally....my tree removal is almost done ! Just have a few branches and leaves left........Tomorrow, I take my sister to the doctors. I'll finish up on Thursday I quess .....Take care everyone. (That pic is not of me ! Ha! Paul B. lives on ! ) IAD

                        I everyone forgive me I've not read back and I know I've not been on for a while I'm on holiday - hope your all ok - I'm camping in Perranporth Cornwall weather has been against me until today but thankfully the sun put it's hat on today (oh and I've finaaly learnt how to post on my phone!!) so things are looking up - I'm off to the beach today to try body surfing haha

                        feeling really good I had been having a conversation with a bottle of wine in the tent and we decided to part company last night, I chucked it out and hopefully it will not come back again - have a great day everyone

Today I take the leap on AH work today then make dinner and off to church for 6 to 7 then home snack and pray I can sleep that is my plan let you know how it works out in the morning.
