I will endeavour to keep strong! thank you all.. i've not gone yet though, still 2 more days of internet (and one more shift of work) to go! - I am so pleased I have 9 days off coming up.. which I will need with moving, and then the next court case is a week away..:eeew:

Just remember the lessons you have learned, why you are here and how much better it feels without poisoning ourselves. Can you get to an internet cafe or log in on your phone if you are finding it tough? You can get through this.

Ktab.. I can use the computers at the library if I am feeling desperate.. and I do have my counsellor and a couple of friends.. I should be ok - I am feeling much stronger.. plus I will have the 30 day challenge on my mind, and the fact I want to come back here and show you all how well I have done! x

i am reading all your army threads and what I love is the little quotes at the bottom. I liked the one about Mohammed Ali and then the past - you have all inspired me, I feel so much not alone, even if it is done via a computer. :thanks: I love the way you interact with each other, that is really cool.
