    JC - glad you like it! I was just talking about it last night after watching the Sandra Bullock movie "28 days" about rehab

            Doing fine Chilly woman!!

            In good form and hungry...then again only on Day one..but feel very postive and its great to have others quitting with me!

              Mammograms

              you have my utmost sympathy. I, myself, have implants... yes, I know I hear you all, but it is the truth had them since I was 18 for medical reasons, what medical reasons I hear you cry?? Well, I question that too. I am 43 and had them done twice.... I cannot even lie down on my breasts so the thought of a car door crushing it sounds to me like torture. You be brave and put those breasts in the clamp and then think it will be over in a few minutes. Hope that helps. Me, if they did that to me it would be like flattening a hard cricket ball, perhaps I should have my implants removed.... what do you all say???

                  So glad you are feeling positive! Its a hard one but like every addiction SO worth it..... I used Allen Carr's method,

                      It's not pleasant but so important. Ant way you get a bit of a chat with the nurses.
