            I definately need some vitaming supplements. But was thinking about something good tasting or neutral?! Like those dissolvable thingies.

            Going for some coffee quickly

            The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

              Oh well then Opal you are lucky then cause it was stifling here at the weekend. Even I had to get into the shade. Got to laugh, it was only in the high twenties really. Just that us light pink northern folk aint used to it.
              Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                    Quality, go for quality. Brain Link powder (pain and stress center) is good too and tastes good but I think all One is at least as good and at a better price.
