Early start this morning - wrote something yesterday that I needed for a couple of meetings today, and then managed to close down Word without saving it. GRRRRRRR So now trying to re-create it quickly so I dont look like a complete dick in my meetings.

Morning to all also.
Cool morn here too sort of brass monkey weather atm but no firkin rain so that's a piss off. Oh yet another day of cooking for the 3 slobs (as Bridge put it) but the finish of this hellish seeding draws ever closer. best of all, hubby talking (only talking at this stage however) about changes to our life here - bring 'em on! Heartily sick of this cruel landscape & isolation. Ah yes, to indeed INDULGE in a double soy latte at a cafe somewhere ....hehehe
Yesterday was a pressure cooker day in which I did too much physical activity, was hence gutted in the evening & succumbed to 2 glasses of wine late in the evening. But I still consider this a win as hubby had 2 beers + 4 glasses wine & i felt NO compulsion to match him. So whether I'm self-justifying or not, this is still day 4 for me too. I remember last night ( now that's a plus in itself) thinking, great, another af day tomoz. I've had my melt-down (yesty) & came through it without excessive drinking.
Tomoz is a scintillating meeting of local women from around here at the pub for a lunch to discuss the importance of Women in Agriculture ( as always,the need for an acronym : WaG). Needless to say, last time I went I got pleasantly buzzed with 3 others,then continued home to continue that. So I've decided not to go as a) not really a position where I would feel strong enough to withstand urges, & b) it bored me shitless last time.
So. There I stand.
Hello to all who've been in already ; Missy,Mr G (how's the groin muscles this am!??),Individ,Bridgey,Ficks.....& wowie is Wavey still around! Thought he'd gone to ground. I'll be baking the usual fuckin cake this am so will check in periodically.....
