                how did we ever manage without ktab and his cooking and herb chopping,
                right, im armed and dangerous. stocked up on l-glut (magic powder i call it) and back up to full dose on campral (ill sort the squitty poop out ). sooty (who i won on my 1st sober birthday) is sitting on the shelf with his magic wand and stuff is printed out and stuck on the wall. if AL tries to crawl back into my life its gonna get a bloody big arse kicking WITHER AND DIE YOU POXFECKING EVIL BEAST!!
                off to woodturning tonight to make a mushroom, and thats gonna be my new symbol of sobriety (id make something else but i can only do mushrooms at the moment)

                        My version of Boston beans are just Heinz with fried onions and bacon and some chilli powder chucked in don't like the one's I had in Boston.
