Hi everyone, JC, for me the physically sick feeling was from worry and anxiety as well as the AL, but hell yes I still shudder, recently when mum and dad were away our office lady rang in sick, and I remember it happening last january, as soon as she rang in last year I opened 2 bottles of wine and drank at my desk all day while dealing with customers ...... when she rang in this year I thought about last year and once again felt physically sick ........ I actually think that while the memories make me feel sick I will never pick up a drink again, lets hope the memories never fade ............ xxx
