    I've just taken a phone call and my godfather and uncle died earlier today. He was 91 and suffering from a brain tumour.
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

            yep as far as know he died in his sleep in the hospital. Thankfully I'm a huge believer in the after life so I know in my heart he's now with his wife.

                    That was what my Grandma was talking about a lot towards the end. She made it to 100 in May 2008, and passed in September that year.

                        Still had her hair done weekly - towards the end the hairdresser had to come to her, but she insisted :H

                          I think that is wonderful...only thinf#g is, ya know the way you shrink when you get older, I would end up 1 foot 6.

                            Until about her mid-eighties she got all dressed up every day:

                            A skirt / blouse or two-piece suit
                            High heels (even for gardening)
                            Make-up
                            Jewelery
                            Handbag of the day...
                            I'll do whatever it takes
