    Morning Grateful, MB - and ........Ruby? Gosh - you ARE up early as Grateful said. Anyway, early shift so, as usual, in a rush - just love and hugs to everyone today - feels quite chilly outside this morning. The shot that Maggie got for her slightly embarrassing female trouble hasn't worked very well this time so I have to go back to the vet tomorrow morning and he is going to give me some tabs for her - poor dear - she will get up after laying somewhere and sort of look where she has been and look all embarrassed and as if she has been bad - I feel so bad for her!!! It is a bummer getting older. LOL Oh well - off to get my food ready - love you all, have a great day.

        I've used human baby diapers on my dogs in the past. Just cut a hole for the tail. They adjust after a bit, and it's so less messy.
        Poor Mags. The heartbreak of losing a pet to old age is indescribable.

            A quick HELLO to all you lovely ladies and gents before rushing my son off to school! I am really loving having a set schedule for a change with school. I just love the beginning of Fall as well. Its time for the summer to end and the lovely Fall weather set in.

                Good morning everyone I am here and ready to go. Sorry about last night Greatfull informed me that I sarrred everone with us crushing someone. Here is the scoop! We built a custome home for this idiot and he throw us off the job owning the land. After six years of legal battels with this guy who is a lawyer represinting himself we were awarded the money owed however he kept appeling from one court to another. We called him a bug the kind with a hard shell. So when I said we crushed the bug I really ment that we finily got out money from him. Glad I cleared that up. Everyone have a great day!!!

                  I have GOT to figure out my new answering machine. It goes to voicemail after 2 1/2 rings. Bummer!
                  I went back and had a nice little nap. Now I'm really ready to face the day.
                  The application for propane gas delivery truck driver must require they have LESS than 0 navigational/directional skills. That dip stick has now called 3 times and he STILL ain't there. :H
                  WAKE UP, SLEEPY HEADS!!!

                    I thought this got posted late last night, but evidentally, it disappeared, so I will try it again. I hurt someone's feelings, who I greatly love and reading back over the post, I now understand why!
                    Sunshine, I feel as if you get frustrated with me alot. I am so sorry. I will give up my poems and preaching if that makes anyone uncomfortable, but I cannot turn my back on God, because He is ultimately the one who is going to help me stay away from alcohol and help me grow in my own life!
                    I ran two sentences together, but I certainly did not mean to insinuate that I would stop with my poems and preaching because of you, my sweet Sunshine. My line to you should have stopped with I'm sorry. The part about the poems and preaching was related to a letter I got from another member, not you, Sunshine. I cannot tell you how upset I am to know that I hurt your feelings. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. You are so precious to me and I LOVED                     talking with you last night. You have the sweetest spirit. I thank you for bringing this to my attention instead of holding any bad feelings towards me. I am just sick over the fact that I hurt your feelings and got you upset. I love you so much and you bring such joy to our little family! I'm not awake yet so I will be back to read and catch up. I love you all! Vicki

                      Vick, I don't mind your religion and poems. After all, I ramble on about my passions, and post endless pictures and useless information. It's easy for those in our situation to feel things are directed at them, and as I said on another post, 'if I'm not someone's cup of tea, change the brand'. If I find something I'm not interested in, I just go to the next post. I TRY to be careful that nothing ever give the hint of being directed at someone. If I've got a point to make specifically to someone on MWO, they will not mistake it; it will come in a PM, and it will be specific to my personal objections.
                      A lot of people are having a hard time now, and after reading the economic news today, the future looks much the same. So, we just all need to be ourselves, give as much as we take, and do the best we can to lift our and others spirits here.

                          well well im up and alive and been up for a while now just working on my site trying to find ways to promote it for free and anyway im doing good was up late doing the same and its alot of fun learning ..lots of reading and as they say third time a charm ..but finally got it .. anyone out there that knows a lot and promoting web site ... i could use the help..
                          and oh looks like everyone is doing their best keep going and stay strong and keep shifting forward love and hugs

                            Tony, when answering machines first became easily available and we got one (yes, NumNuts, back in the Dark Ages!) we let our 15 year old daughter set the message. Daddy wasn't used to them, and the whole family was here swimming, Daddy was late (trying to finish up a job, of course) and he called. We didn't hear the phone, so it went to answering, and Daddy heard my sweet(?) daughter's voice saying 'Hello'. He answered her only to hear 'Hello'. He spoke louder, trying to let her know he was there and again he hears 'Hello? By now he's yelling into the phone. Finally she says 'We can't come come to the phone right now, leave you're message'. Daddy STILL doesn't get that it's a machine, and we get a message of him yelling into the phone for Tip to talk to him, quit playing around, he's gonna whip her butt. When he finally got here and we found out what happened we were ROLLING, esp after we listened to the whole thing. He was NOT amused, and she had to really pet him a lot to get back in his graces!!

                                Quick funny story about answering machines. I bought a machine and 4 cordless phine set and let my then 17 year old son hook it up, Well it was like a cellphone where you could program in contact names and numbers so that when the phone rings it shows up with who is calling. So to this day when my older son calles from college on his cell the readout says "coolson" and when my younger son calls home from his cell it says "smellyson". Younger son thinks I should change that an I would if I could but I can't so it still says that 4 years later. Younger son can't possible see it if he is calling from his cell right??
