Just stuffed me loin (of lamb, that is) with mashed fetta,mint & red pesto.....baking in oven now....with cubed spuds & pumpkin tossed in italian herbs & truffle oil....then to serve some steamed brocc & cauli.

Drove for an hour, waited 3 hours and it was to cloudy to jump out of the plane Today..BOLLOCKS!

Maybe Tomorrow...I'm expecting a phone call at 6am...Hoorah!

In other news, I'm working and staying in Queenscliff during the week for the next few months..

In Summer it's a great place, in Winter EVERYTHING is shut by 8pm and it's colder than Melbourne by 5C and very windy..

I also get to work and live with4 other blokes who all smoke weed (bongs and bags of chronic everywhere) and a really nice Kid (19) Who is trying really hard but has bad ADHD and forgets to take his Ritalin and asks me what time it is every 2 minutes..

Losing it soon!

Thank fuck it's the Weekend and I am home and lonely :-)
