Tawny, had 2 tornadoes last night. School closings, power outs very scary. You really nailed your situation and with your skills and fortication you will get it nailed.

Doggy shakes through all of the thunder and I only founf 2 small windows of non rain to take here out to do her business.

Oh I will keep off the white stuff. I'm so encouraged by results that I'm honing it right down to high grade protein and some low carb veges. Just for a couple of days. Then I'll slowly reintroduce the nice nuts and quality low GI carbs.
I have actually spent days reading my tiny brain out about all of this. I don't want to be extreme, and the word of the day is sustainable, but there's defo summat to this lot.

I'm getting really greedy and overprotective about my sleep too. Also not a bad thing.

Well, the chickens are in a holding pattern of one egg per day, about 62-63gm a piece. Still can't quite believe it. Beautiful quality eggs too. We think it's Mercedes that's picked up the ball. And if she can pull herself out of menopause, I can sure start shooting some goals as well.
Best side effect....the boy is FASCINATED. I've never seen him so attached to an animal.
He keeps screaming 'MUUUUUMMM........Mercedes 'did' another egg'

I'm sure the drug squad will be here presently.
