          It was when I had cancer that I decided that I was an alcoholic - my chemo was so awful that the doctor said for me to go in the hospital for a week after each one - instead I stopped my chemo - if I had gone in the hospital, I wouldn't have been able to drink. Isn't that just terrible.
          How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

              It is Sun, but I understand it. You could have had a relaxing break, but the call of AL was too strong. And I TRULY understand it.

                                ToughinTexas, Welcome to our litle family. We are all here for you. Thank you for sharing, Sunshine. I will pray for both of you. Today was a very TOUGH day but I made it through the day without alcohol. Day 1 for me again! We are planning to leave out early in the morning to go paint the old house and do some repairs. I want to be home before Suday so we can joi the chuch, but that's not looking too good at the moment, after fighting with a drunk all night, trying to get him ready to go. He's called me a bitch over 25 times today! Maybe I am, but damn, he's got so many faults. If things don't go well, I plan to stay at my daughter's house for a week or two until he figures out if he wants me or not. I'll keep in touch. I love you all! Vciki
